PetroVietnam Power Engineering is an engineering firm that builds power plants. It is unclear how much of their revenue they get from fossil fuel electricity plants vs non fossil fuel, so we exclude them for lack of information.

SPCG is a pure play solar developer in Thailand that owns over 36 projects.

Demco is a Thai engineering and construction firm that builds and maintains electrical grids and builds solar farms.

Ninh Binh Thermal Power is in the business of constructing power plants. While some are renewable, they focus more on fossil-fuel powered electricity as well as a variety of non-energy related business lines.

Thien Truong Power Equipment is a construction firm that builds power plants and electrical distribution. They do not disclose how much revenue they make from constructing fossil-fuel fired plants, so we exclude them.

Eastern Power Group is a Thai energy developer. They have multiple solar plants, but also have built fossil-fuel powered cogeneration plants. They do not provide any revenue breakdown for investors on either, so we exclude them.

Citicore Power is a Filipino solar developer with six projects around the country that enable the island nation to generate more of its electricity without needing fossil fuels.

Ray Go Solar is a pure play solar developer in Malaysia. They site, plan, and build projects in the country so the grid can operate with fewer fossil fuels.

Trive Property Group is a Malaysian company that engages in a range of climate solutions. They build solar farms and trade solar panels. They install energy storage systems and EV batteries.

Vsolar Group is a Malaysian company that has two business arms. Importing and trading computer software and hardware and renewable energy development. As they made more revenue from their computer trading business, we exclude them.

Solarvest is a pure play solar developer operating out of Malaysia that cites, constructs, and operates solar projects in the country.

Sunview Group is a Malaysian solar developer involved in all stages of solar projects from beginning to operation.

Kencana Energi Lestari is an Indonesia renewable energy developer that makes a majority of its revenue from its hydropower and solar projects, although we will note it does own a biomass project which we do not consider a climate solution.

Power Solution Technologies is a Thai provider of energy services. They do develop renewable energy projects, but they also own oil pipelines and LNG refueling stations. They do not provide a breakdown of revenue from these different segments so we exclude them.

ILB Group is a Malaysian solar power developer with two projects in the country.

TSE is a Thai solar and biomass developer with utility scale and rooftop projects in Thailand and Japan. They make a majority of their revenue from these projects and a minority from their three biomass power plants, which we do not consider a climate solution.

SAAM is a Thai based solar developer that builds and operates solar projects in Thailand and beyond.

Sky Energy is an Indonesian manufacturer of solar panels and other solar equipment such as mounting hardware.

Cypark is a Malaysian renewable energy developer with a range of solar projects, from utility scale, to agriculture-integrated, to floating through the country. They also operate a waste to energy plant and biogas plants.

Samaiden Group is a Malaysian solar developer building and operating projects throughout the country.

Marula is a Kenyan mining company. While it mines for many critical minerals like lithium, it does not only mine for critical minerals, so we exclude them.

Amalgamated Regional is a conglomerate based in Zimbabwe. While they do own a battery manufacturing company, they are only used in traditional automobile batteries, which are used in internal combustion engines.

SICABLE is an Ivorian manufacturer of electrical cables that help enable the expansion of the grid in and around the Ivory Coast.

Masimba Holdings is an engineering company that works on a wide variety of projects in Zimbabwe. While they do work on mass transit and electricity transmission projects, this represents a small fraction of their revenue.

Metal Fabricators of Zambia generates most of its revenue from making copper wires for transmitting power, enabling the expansion of the electrical grid.

Electro Cable Egypt makes cables, most of which are used in the electrical system for expanding the grid, a precursor for electrifying everything.

CAFCA is a Zimbabwe-based company that makes a variety of cables with a majority of their revenue coming from cables used for electricity transmission.

Cutix is a Nigerian producer of wires that generates over half of its revenue from wires built for the electrical grid system.

TransCentury is a Kenyan engineering and construction firm that specializes in projects related to expanding the electrical grid, a key step towards the electrification of everything.

Assad is a Tunisian battery manufacturer. While they do generate some revenue from recycling batteries, they generate most from providing batteries to be used in conjunction with internal combustion engines in automobiles and boats.

Cocoa Processing Company is a Ghanaian processor of cocoa beans for chocolate. While cocoa is a perennial staple, the expansion of the industry often comes at the expense of natural forests, which is not beneficial from a climate perspective.

Multi-Trex integrated is a Nigerian processor of cocoa beans for chocolate. While cocoa is a perennial staple, the expansion of the industry often comes at the expense of natural forests, which is not beneficial from a climate perspective.

Societe Ivoirienne de Coco Rape is an Ivorian distributor of coconut products. While coconut is a perennial fruit, the expansion of the industry often comes at the expense of wild, natural forests, which move us backwards from a climate perspective.

Invicta is a South African provider of construction equipment. While some of their revenue does come from products and projects used to expand the grid, most comes from other segments like providing construction vehicles.

Eaagads is a Kenyan coffee producer in Kenya. While coffee is a perennial plant, we have decided not to include it as a climate solution because it often involves destroying natural forest in order to replace it with coffee plantations.

United Bus Service is a provider of public transportation on the island nation of Mauritius that enables those who are looking to get around to use a bus instead of a car.

Kakuzi is an avocado grower based in Kenya. While they do also grow macadamia nuts which we would include, avocados are more strongly linked to deforestation so we exclude them.

While Shumba Energy in Botswana does engage in renewable energy development, it generates a majority of its revenue from coal mining.

East African Cables, based in Kenya, makes a majority of its revenue from building and supplying cables that are used to expand the electrical grid in East Africa, a key step before mass electrification.

Societe Industrielle is a Tunisian provider of gas, electricity, and water meters. While they do make some revenue from LED light bulbs, it isn't a large part of their business.

Equatorial Energia is a Brazilian electricity distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude them.

Ecopetrol is an energy company in Columbia that generates a majority of its revenue from oil. It also makes biodiesel and grid expansion, both climate solutions.

Afluente Transmissao is a Brazilian electrical distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude it.

Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina is a Brazilian utility that generates 100% of its electricity from hydropower that does not require the burning of fossil fuels.

COELCE is a Brazilian distributor of electricity. As they do not own any generation, we exclude them.

Enel Americas is a major electrical utility in Latin America. It fails our utility filter because it does not generate all of its electricity from carbon-free sources.

Pomifrutas is a Brazilian producer of apples a perennial crop.

Bicicletas Monark is a Brazilian bike manufacturer. We exclude them because while more bikes is better for climate, they do not generate most of their revenue from electric bikes which more generally replace fossil fuels for commutes.

Empresa Regional is a Peruvian electrical utility. Because it only owns transmission lines and not generation, we exclude them.

Ampla Energia is a Brazilian electricity distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude them.

Empresa Distribuidora is an Argentinian electrical utility. They do not provide a breakdown of how much of their electricity is generated from clean sources, so we exclude them.

All Cosmos Bio-Tech sells fertilizers in Malaysia. We no longer consider fertilizers, even bio-organic ones, a climate solution, as they do not help prevent food waste, so we exclude them. Not to mention most of their fertilizers are for the palm oil industry, which is highly environmentally destructive.

Enel Distribucion Peru is a Peruvian distributor of electricity. Because it owns no generation, it does not meet our utility filters.

Molibdenos y Metales is a Chilean mining company. While it does produce molybdenum, a critical mineral for the climate transition, it also makes rheunium, which is not, so we exclude them.

Enel Distribucion is a Chilean electricity distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude them.

Southern Peru Copper is a Peruvian copper mining company, a critical mineral, but it also mines many other minerals, including coal, meaning we do not include it.

Sociedad Transmisora is a Chilean electricity distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude them.

Empresa Distribuidora is a Argentinian electricity distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude them.

Compañia de Transporte is an Argentinian electrical grid maintenance and expansion company, a key climate solution.

Equatorial Maranhao is a Brazilian electricity distributor. Because it does not own any generation, we exclude them.

Wuhan Sanzhen is a water distribution and wastewater processing company in China, neither of which are climate solutions.

Zhongmin Energy is a Chinese developer of wind and solar projects. However, we only consider pure play developrs for this list and as Zhongmin also develops biomass projects, which we do not consider a climate solution, we exclude them from this list.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group is a sewage processing company in China. While important, processing wastewater is not a climate solution.

Chongqing Water Group is a water company in China that distributes tap water and processes wastewater, neither of which are climate solutions

Jiangxi Hongcheng is a Chinese water company that distributes tap water and performs waste water treatment, neither of which are climate solutions.

While Tongwei does provide silicon cells for solar production it generates a majority of its revenue from selling animal feed which is not a climate solution.

Canmax Technology makes a majority of its revenue from selling products for clean rooms and protective films for your phone. None are climate solutions.

Guangxi Guiguan Electric PowerCo is a Chinese owner of mainly zero-carbon power plants like hydropower. But it does own coal plants meaning it fails our utility filter and is therefore excluded.

Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection Group is a Chinese water distribution and wastewater company. As they do not offer products that reduce the energy used to distribute water and wastewater treatment is not a climate solution, we exclude them.

Wuhan Tianyuan Environmental Protection is a Chinese waste management company that generates a majority of its revenue from processing wastewater which, while important, is not a climate solution.

Wuhan Nusun is a Chinese landscaping company that designs and builds landscapes for businesses and apartment complexes. Landscaping is not a climate solution as it is not restoring land to its natural condition.

LingNan Eco&Culture-Tourism is a Chinese landscaping company that also offers eco-tours, neither of which is a climate solution.

Beijing Originwater generates over half of its revenue from processing waste water from cities and businesses. While important, waste water processing is not a climate solution.

CEC Environmental Protection is a Chinese water company that distributes water to businesses and then treats the waste water. As they do not make products that reduce the emissions from water transportation, we do not include them.

Hunan Zhongke Electric makes a range of electromagnetic devices that are used in steel manufacturing. While valuable, these devices do not necessarily lead to a reduction in emissions from making steel, so they are excluded for not being a climate solution.

Palm Eco-Town generates over 90% of its revenue from doing landscaping design for homes, apartments, and buildings. Landscaping is not a climate solution and is different than restoring land to a natural state.

Hunan Kaimeite is a Chinese supplier of various industrial gases. While they do distribute some GHG gasses like CO2 and CH4 for commercial use, they do not share how these gases are sourced (likely from fossil fuels). They also distribute many other types of gases meaning a majority of their revenue comes from other products than climate solutions.

While Chengdu Xingrong does engage in distributing water, they do not make products the improve the energy efficiency of doing so and their waste to energy business represents a small part of their overall revenue

China Longyuan is an owner of multiple power plants. While they do generate a majority of their revenue from wind, they generate 25% from coal, thus failing our utility filter.

Beijing Orient Landscape generates a majority of its revenue from managing industrial waste. They do not report their methane capture nor their circular economy activities so we exclude them.
